Retained search enables our total engagement in the role/process and provides you with the opportunity to test the market by reviewing candidates based on the end goal rather than skillset. This is an exclusive agreement between the client and PSG.

 

CONTINGENCY

These are more volume based strategies where, as a business, you have defined your required skillet. The client is provided the opportunity to review a shortlisted candidate list to ensure proper candidate selection is maintained. The recruiter works closely with HR and the hiring manager to ensure the process is quick and efficient.

CONTRACT PLACEMENT

This provides you with an opportunity to take on special projects where additional resources are required short term where the option to “try before you buy” model of recruitment is exercised.

TALENT ACQUISITION SERVICES

This option is favorable for companies with high applicant volume. Our recruiter(s) will integrate themselves into your team and act as an extension of the Talent Acquisition/Human Resources team. This option is a great asset to companies who tend to have high administrative demands. Splitting the administrative, interviewing and selection process provides your company the opportunity to view and reach out to all applicants.
